As many as 12 personnel of South Jakarta Water Resources (SDA) Sub-agency are dredging water channel on Jalan Ciledug Raya, precisely around the Navy Staff and Command School (Seskoal), RT 08/05, Cipulir, Kebayoran Lama, on Monday (7/27).

"We have collected 375 sacks containing mud so far," expressed South Jakarta SDA Sub-agency's Maintenance Division Head, Junjung.

He stated that the dredging that had been ongoing since Saturday (7/25) had touched 55 percent and was targeted to be complete this week. At the location, his side was also widening the channel capacity to function more optimally.

"If widening is needed, we will execute it to reduce flooding in the rainy season," he stressed.
